The Innovate Day Centre is a day centre in the London Borough of Hillingdon. We also ​accept clients from Buckinghamshire, Ealing, Harrow and surrounding areas.

We are a social centre for those with early to mid-stage dementia. We provide daily transport to and from the centre, breakfast, a two course lunch and a vast range of activities to suit all needs as well as group exercise sessions and a monthly Chiropody Clinic.

Our Care Team are passionate about providing a safe and welcoming day centre for our clients.

Our service can be used to provide daytime respite to carers or for someone newly diagnosed with dementia who may be lonely and isolated during the day.
