The Innovate Day Centre
About Us
Our Day Centre
Established in 2013, The Innovate Day Centre prides itself on being unlike any other day centre in the borough. Founders Sue and Christina recognised that there was a lack of services for the elderly community after looking for a day centre for Sue's mother to attend. The waiting lists were long and although the centres offered activities, Sue wanted more engagement and socialisation for her mother.
In December 2013, The Innovate Day Centre opened its doors to the elderly population of the London Borough of Hillingdon. The centre has gone from strength to strength and now accepts clients from South Buckinghamshire County Council and surrounding London Boroughs of Ealing and Harrow. Funding is available from the London Borough of Hillingdon for some clients with Care Packages but we also accept self-funding clients.
Our aim is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for those who are lonely and isolated, those who are keen to socialise with others and an opportunity for Carers to have a well deserved break during the day. Contact us to arrange a visit to the centre as well as a free of charge taster day.
The Innovate Day Centre is a Community Interest Company (C.I.C.).
